ATCC members work collectively to identify critical industry issues and work toward mutual beneficial results. ATCC was formed to address Prompt Payment issues in Alberta, resulting in legislative action in August 2022. Currently the Alberta Government is seeking to streamline the apprentice process and ATCC is actively engaged in addressing this issue.

Prompt Payment Legislation

An important legislative accomplishment for ATCC.

Skilled Trades and Apprenticeship Education Act (STAEA)

Ongoing effort to assure trade contractors have trained trade employees.
