Governance

Membership in the Alberta Trade Contractor Council (ATCC) is limited to provincial trade contractor associations or national trade contractor associations representing Alberta trade contractors.
Each Trade Association member may appoint a contractor and a staff representative to participate on the ATCC Board of Directors. Each member is entitled to one vote.

Membership fees are established by the board and paid annually.

The executive committee consists of a chair and 2 vice chair positions who are elected annually by the board. The Council Administrator, the General Manager, who may or may not be an appointed member representative, is appointed annually by the board.

The ATCC Board meets a minimum of two times per year either in-person or virtually.
